Ten years of operational standards, applied, not promised.
BlueSky was founded because commercial cleaning had become a commodity sold on price, and it shouldn't be. Buildings that run hospitals, schools, offices, and retail environments cannot afford vendors who arrive without a written scope, leave without a written report, and disappear between contract renewals.
We started with one facility, one written service-level standard, and one inspection log. Ten years later, we operate across the Southeast United States with the same framework: written scopes, documented processes, and reporting that lets the client verify what they paid for, every month.
Hurricane Milton in October 2024 was the stress test. Within 24 hours we had a 60-plus-person recovery team on site, multi-floor debris removal underway, industrial dehumidification staged, and a documented path back to occupancy inside the insurance window. That operation proved the model: written standards scale, and measured discipline carries into the hardest environments.
