Green Practice

Sustainability that measures its own impact.

Green-certified product options, documented water discipline, and waste-stream segregation, available on request, measured like everything else we report. Not sustainability marketing.

Our Practice

Four operating principles, written, not aspirational.

Each principle maps to a product list, a process step, or a monthly metric we report on. If it is not measurable, it is not on this page.

01

Green Seal-aligned products on request.

Where the client requires it, we run Green Seal-certified or equivalent reduced-impact chemistry end-to-end. Product list, SDS, and EPA registrations provided before contract signing.

02

Dilution control, not product waste.

Chemical dilution is metered, not eyeballed, reducing both product use and water use. Staff are trained on dilution ratios and audited during supervisor walks.

03

Waste-stream segregation.

Trash consolidation respects the client's recycling program when present. Regulated waste in medical environments is handled per OSHA bloodborne pathogen protocols.

04

Equipment, not consumables.

Microfiber, reusable pads, and machine-washable cloths replace single-use wherever possible. Equipment is maintained, not replaced, service records are logged.

Equipment & Method

Sustainable practice is disciplined practice.

Most of what makes cleaning “green” is not a product swap, it is method: controlled dilution, right-sized equipment, reusable materials, and a team that follows the method because the method is written.

Our disaster recovery operations illustrate the point: industrial dehumidification and controlled extraction reduce the material volume that ends up as waste. Every truckload is measured. Every chemical application is logged.

  • Color-coded microfiber by zone (cross-contamination control)
  • Dilution-controlled chemistry (product & water discipline)
  • HEPA vacuums as standard equipment
  • Reusable PPE where regulation permits
  • Waste logs for material-volume-dependent engagements
Transparency

What we are willing to measure.

Clients who want sustainability reporting as part of their program receive it, tied to the same monthly performance brief we already produce. Metrics available on request include:

Product-use volumePer facility per month
Green-certified product ratio% of total product use
Dilution complianceSampled during supervisor walks
Waste-stream segregationRecycling adherence rate
Reusable-material trackingMicrofiber & pad inventory lifecycle
Equipment service lifeMachine-hour and maintenance logs
